When you order something from
either of
our web stores, you will find that express shipping is the only option.
The only countries to which we provide lower cost international parcel post
are those to which we are not able to provide express delivery. (For this,
se use
the Ecuadorian
postal service.) The reason
for this is simple -- at least half of our products are shipped from South America,
and delivery times can run anywhere from three to six weeks. This is simply
not acceptable. To compensate,
we have significantly lowered the cost
of our best-selling products -- in some cases, quite dramatically.
The purpose of this page is to instruct customers how to lower shipping cost:
-
Express Delivery -- Take Advantage of High Weight Limits --
Depending on what you're ordering and the destination, you'll find that
express shipping normally runs anywhere from $14 (to some parts of the U.S.)
to as much as $36 (to remote locations in the Australian outback).
The trick to lowering shipping cost is to take advantage
of the fact this shipping cost is STATIONARY up to 2 KILOS!.
(That's about 4.40 pounds.) So -- whether you order one 102 g. jar
of Salve, or you order 2,000 grams of product, the shipping cost is
the same. You lower your cost per item purchased by attempting to
take advantage of this high weight limit.
