Alpha Omega Labs now ships from multiple locations worldwide.
The shipping origin of your order will depend on the products ordered.
For example, all herbal tinctures, essential oils, and Maria Treben topical
creams ship from the U.S. All other items in the
Salves, Cremes, and Topics
category ship from Ecuador. All items in the Male Enhancement category
ship from either Australia or New Zealand, etc.

When you order on
either of our major sales sites,
you are given the choice of choosing either
Certified Mail or
Express Shipping. As can be read in the notice above, we
have recently renegociated better rates with our express shippers,
so that
express shipping is the most logical choice on any
shipment in excess of 100 grams (roughly 3.5 ounces). If you
provide us with your correct email address, we automatically send
you
tracking codes, along with the name of the shipper used
to deliver your order.

If your order is shipped from
Ecuador using Certified Mail, as opposed to Express shipping,
your tracking code will begin with the letters "RR" and end with either"EC" for Ecuador.
These letters are then separated by nine numbers . . . for example:
RR102892773EC
Ecuador: To verify that your order has
been shipped and the date of shipment, simply enter your tracking code (and if you don't know it,
just write us at
support@herbhealers.com) into the search field at the link
below (or click on the CDE logo at right) :
http://www.correosdelecuador.gob.ec/?p=2294

At the bottom of this page, you'll see
an icon that reads
"IPS Web Tracking." Just enter your tracking code
next to "Item ID." Although the results read in Spanish, the most pertinent
information is easy to understand. (In Latin America, remember that dates are
in the DD/MM/YYYY and not the MM/DD/YYYY format.)

In most countries, ranging from Pakistan to
India to South Korea to Turkey -- (yes, we ship to all those countries) --
you can use these pages to trace your package
to its destination. In the major Western nations, this doesn't work, for
reasons that even we ourselves don't understand. To track the package in
your country, you will need to use another web page -- (see below) :
Shipments to the U.S. ---
As of October 1, 2015, U.S. Postal (USPS) is no longer tracking
packages from Ecuador (and other South American countries), so it
is important to use
IPS Tracking, which
provides tracking data on packages to the U.S. up to the point of departure
to Miami. From THAT date, normal delivery time is now normally ten days or less.

On items now going to the States,
we now advise choosing
EXPRESS SHIPPING. The tracking code emailed
to you can be used to track your package on the respective express service
indicated, be it
UPS,
DHL,
or
FedEx.
We choose the express service that is best for you, based on the
shipping origin(s) and destination.
Shipments to Canada ---
First, verify using the
instructions above that your
package has shipped. As is the case for U.S. Postal (see above),
Canada Post is no longer providing tracking data on its website.
Thus, it is important to use
IPS Tracking, which
provides tracking data on packages to Toronto and Montreal before
they are sent off to their respective delivery destinations
in Canada. From the departure date to Canada, delivery times
are averaging about two weeks.

On items now going to Canada,
we now advise choosing
EXPRESS SHIPPING. The tracking code emailed
to you can be used to track your package on the respective express service
indicated, be it
UPS,
DHL,
or
FedEx.
We choose the express service that is best for you, based on the
shipping origin(s) and destination.
Shipments to Australia ---
First, if you choose
Certified Mail, please
verify above that your
package has shipped. Please note that Australia Post does NOT provide
any tracking data on their website.

It is for this reason and the longer
delivery times, that we now recommend
hoosing
EXPRESS SHIPPING. The tracking code emailed
to you can be used to track your package on the respective express service
indicated, be it
UPS,
DHL,
or
FedEx.
We choose the express service that is best for you, based on the
shipping origin(s) and destination.
Shipments to New Zealand ---
The same advice provided for Australia above pertains to all
orders destined for New Zealand.
Shipments to U.K. ---
The same advice provided for Australia above pertains to all
orders destined for the U.K.
Other Countries ---
The majority of other countries have agreements with Ecuador to
share tracking information on
Certified Mail,
so that you can use our
instructions above
from registration of the package in Ecuador to delivery at your shipping
destination.

However, taking into account
the much longer delivery time and the degree to which we've been able
to negotiate better rates on EXPRESS SHIPPING, we are now advising
the use of the latter to ensure timely delivery WITH superior
tracking service. Again, any questions about your package can be addressed at
support@herbhealers.com.
