When ordering products on either of our sales sites, you will notice on the checkout page that the center column (Section 2: SHIPPING METHOD) allows for two choices in shipping: Certified Mail and Certified Express Mail Service. Since the latter is at least two to three times more expensive, some people will infer that this choice will insure delivery that is at least two to three times faster.
This turns out not to be the case -- not with EMS, or DHL, or FedEx.

More times than not, express shipments get closer scrutiny. In fact, we've had cases where a package sat in Customs and then delivery took LONGER than it would via Certified Mail.
If you really want to pay extra to get your package sooner, write to us at support@herbhealers.com, and we may have another solution for you that's closer to home. All others, take our advice : go with Certified Mail . . . yes, it takes an average of 10 days to 2 weeks to most locations to receive your package, but you won't have to worry about having paid extra for express service that doesn't materialize.
