
One of the things that our stores do is follow up with
tracking codes
and other information on existing orders. At times, customers will interpret
this as an "auto-bill" or "auto-ship" order, a mistaken (second) order re-entry, or some other
form of completely unauthorized order and credit card charge.

It is nothing of the kind.

We do not now . . . nor have we ever
had any "auto-bill" programs. We just won't do it.

If you check your credit card statements,
you will see that we do not charge anyone's card unless we get a specific request.
Moreover, your credit card information is not stored on our system.

We could not bill you again if we wanted to.
